
Terry Dance-Bennink, M.Ed. is a writer, personal historian, educator and spiritual companion. She’s the editor of the newly-published book Stories United – Harvesting Elders’ Wisdom, an outcome of a program at First Metropolitan United Church in Victoria, B.C. which matches writers/spiritual companions with elders to record their life stories. She also offers an individual personal history service on a free-lance basis.
As a former vice-president academic of an Ontario college, Terry has more than 30 years experience in adult education, writing and editing professional material. She has a master’s degree in adult education, a diploma in spiritual direction, and has taught English as a Second Language.
Terry is a member of the Association of Personal Historians and enjoys working with seniors of all backgrounds. She’s passionate about “saving lives.....one story at a time.”
